2FA reset not working UK ????????

I need to access my Binance account however I not have the system I used for 2FA. I have tried to reset this on the app a number of occasions however as soon as Iv verified e mail and tried to reset 2FA it stays on a loading display and doesn't change!

I have re-downloaded the app, and cleared cache historical past. Is there anything I can do? I can't contact help with out logging in.

I've not used my account for transactions since 2021. I can verify my proof of id however it won't let me on the app.

Any help is tremendously appreciated
