1 BTC might not sounds like a lot for many in here, but I am from somewhat of a 3rd world country and put a lot of my income towards this for the last few years. I really can't believe this, it has also been a HELL of a ride I can tell you.
I learned about BTC in 2019 and started accumulating a little bit each month. In the 2021 bullrun I fell victim to hype and greed and increased my DCA too much. I lost many of my gains and sats due to fear when the market started crashing which still haunts me...
After that I kept DCA'ing as usual but I adjusted the amount based on the btc risk model at alphasquared and that's when my accumulation really started to take of. When the price and risk came down in the august dip I increased my DCA and today (my september DCA) I HAVE FULL BTC!
The biggest lesson for me was to not get emotional and buy more when the crypto-hype is here, the risk model I used helped a lot to capitalize on dips the last year but also just the 4 year experience itself. Next bull-run I'm keeping my head cool! So what's next? The 2nd BTC of obviously!
