Any BTC exchanges for Canadians (or even the whole world) that either have low fees or no KYC?

For context I used Coinbase to buy 300 bucks of Bitcoin and got a high fee of 11 dollars alongside a 1 dollar mining fee to transfer it out.

I don't want to have that happen again so I need to find some other exchange centralized or not!
