Binance is getting restricted in Europe… time to finally move to a cold wallet?

I've been utilizing Binance for about four years and by no means really felt the necessity to self-custody. It was just handy to maintain every thing on the change.

But with the new laws rolling out throughout Europe this July, I'm beginning to assume it's time to move most of my holdings off exchanges.

I nonetheless need to commerce sometimes, however I don't like the thought of relying on a platform that would lose access in my nation or change what providers are available.
