Hey guys so I got this email from Bitrex saying I somehow have about $1300 in assets with them still and even though I missed the deadline I can still recover them. Issue is when I go to that website and connect my coinbase wallet it gives me an error saying that they cannot allow a "new or empty wallet" the wallet isn't new but it is super low on funds since I haven't done any crypto in years.
Has anyone gotten this email and we're able to retrieve their assets? Should I add more ETH into the wallet? Any help would be greatly appreciated
