BOTO is here to stay, whether people like it or not. CDGI will be the biggest real estate plan ever created to turn the deserts green. It’s going to happen with or without retail involved. This passion project didn’t start over night, this is a lifelong project with sleepless nights. I invite everyone to keep the project on a watchlist so you can visually and transparently see how I will be investing in the project daily, and how I’m getting a presentation started to collaborate with small market companies in industrials, agriculture and energy. I am pitching this project to Gavin Newsom. Either way, this project is going to happen, it’s one of my life’s missions to fix the homeless issue and create the most beautiful cities in the desert, this is going to happen.
