Ethereum staking fee

Could someone explain to me how the staking fee works for Ethereum? I am looking at staking $361 USD worth of ETH. It says the fee is $14.11. With an APR of 3.7%, that fee would wipe our my earnings. Am I misunderstanding what the fee is? sub...
