Do I need to consolidate UTXO?

Hello, do I need to consolidate my UTXO’s (each are 2 or 3 millions sats) because when the fees will be high like a hundred or a thousand dollars fees I will lost a lot in transaction fees no ?

And how high do you think the fees will be in 10 or 20 years ?

What is the minimum utxo to have privacy but not paying 10% fees or more for each utxo ?
