There are skills required for founding a great technology which Vitalik has done a great job and there business skills required to make Ethereum a sustainable and neutral financial beast. I believe project is lacking the latter.
Before you go off decentralization dogma, let's be serious, that phase of crypto is over. People want results, revenue and leadership that understands global capital flows & products.
Ethereum is desperately lacking proven business leadership.
