Hard to deal with the ups and downs

Hi, I m deeper in Cryptos since about 2021, began with mining and to the end of the bullrun of 2021 with trading Cryptos. I sold it in November/December 2021. Since than I only tried with some small amounts and waited til 2023 to invest. Why I did that? I m a bit older ad have made many thoughts and analyzed 100s chart with my average abilities. So I m not outstanding in any way, but want to tell you though.

I believe in the cycle of cryptocurrency according to the halfing of Bitcoin. So after the halfing it needs about half a year, until the bullrun breaks out and makes one higher high after the other. That I call the bullrun year(2017, 2021) The year following the bullrun year is the slaughter bear year (2018, 2022). Than there follows a intermediate year, where its mostly crabbing. Lets call it the crabYear ( 2019, 2023) So thats my theory and I ll stick to it.

As we all are investors, I think most of you know that feeling: wake up, look charts. Go to toilet, look charts. Wake up at 4 am, look charts. Omg, admit, I m right. So what: I have inversted early this year and now, as we see a pullback, Of course I m afraid of loosing. What, if I m wrong and it goes to zero? If all doubters will laugh at me?

So whats my plan? I look at the charts of the past and make my thoughts, what will happen. There is a homepage, where the BTC repeat cycle is printed: it shows, about how the BTC charts will look like, if history would repeat. It helped me in the past. Btw: I m a bit older, in my 50s, I have seen the cryptospace coming over the years, but didn’t invest. I had no glue, that it will be so important.
