Has anyone worked with CipherBlade?

CipherBlade is a company that works to recover lost or stolen cryptocurrency. I'm curious if anyone has worked with them before, and what it was like?

I've lost some cryptocurrency recently and am looking at possible recovery methods. From what I can tell, CipherBlade is one of the only reputable investigation firms I can find. They appear to have been referenced in reputable media, and one of the exchanges that the stolen cryptocurrency went to recommended I work with them.

My primary hesitation is whether they are capable of actually recovering funds, or if it'd be throwing more money down the drain. Thanks.
