Help with conversion problems on Binance from Beth to Eth

Hello everyone

Thanks for reading. I apologize in advance if this question has been asked/posted. I'm sure it has. Also, I'm aware this is a Binance/me issue and not necessarily Ethereum, however, I cannot post on the Binance subreddit. So please indulge me.

I'm an Ontario resident. Due to legislation. I cannot use many or most features on Binance.

Currently I have eth, staked as Beth on the exchange.

My goal was to convert Beth back to Eth and put it on my cold wallet.

I understand that due to changes that I cannot convert it on Binance itself and must withdraw the Beth as Beth onto my wallet.

My question for y'all if you choose to help me. Is there a non-Binance way of converting my Beth to my Eth.

And, is there a newbie friendly way of doing so?

If it matters I have ledger nano x and Keepkey wallets.
