How should I be playing the cycles?

Hello there! I’m wondering if I can get any advice from long time crypto market players on how I should be investing in the market. With crypto, I am up currently, and stand to see larger returns in BTC because of the halving. So basically, should I be constantly selling my exchange coin (not the coin in other wallets) and then buying whenever there’s an inevitable correction? Or should I just stay in the game with what I have.

So for context, I bought BTC at 41k. So I am up. Should I wait for the halving to cause a bump, sell, and then buy when it dips, or just leave it as is until the cycle hits its new ATH?
