How to fix

I've never touched something like this before and like an idiot I blindly swapped a token into USDT on the BNB network because at the time it seemed good because of no charges. It's sitting in my uniswap pockets and transferring/selling/swapping all now require BNB. I'm in Canada which means from what I can inform throughout a number of apps is I can't buy BNB. But I also can't do something with the money USDT to repair this. Am I just fucked? Be happy to roast me lol
