How to send BTC to my friend in another country

So I'm curretly living in Canada and want to send my Vietnamese girlfriend money. However, the bank took us 10% the amount of the money for the "currency conversion fees". So I'm thinking about sending her bitcoin instead.. I'm using Shakepay and she's using Binance

Edit: We had been living together in Vietnam for 6 months and I have been providing my girlfriend finacially for over a year now, going to propose this woman in the next 3 months. Just want to figure out the most effecient way to send money for our convenience in the future. Not a scam, not a ladyboy,.. please stop being disrespectful towards my girl.
