Problem: All people are equal, but not all people receive an equal amount of moons. This inequality is not right and my goal is to eliminate it.

Solution: Fully decouple Moon distributions from earned Karma. Every user who participated in a round will receive the same amount of moons.

This will also make the following 13 proposals obsolete and help to make the sub rules easier to understand: CCIP-001, CCIP-003, CCIP-004, CCIP-006, CCIP-009, CCIP-011, CCIP-014, CCIP-015, CCIP-029, CCIP-030, CCIP-038, CCIP-041, CCIP-044

Open Issues:

• Existing moons are not distributed equally. This is why all distributed moon have to be collected and redistributed according to this new standard
• "Special membership" has to be canceled. There is no such thing as a "special member".
• Abolish the current mod system. Mods will receive the same amount of Moons as users. Mods will now be elected for a period of 4 rounds and fulfill their duty during this time without additional pay.
