Is 12 words still solid for a seed phrase?

So I use a 12 word seedphrase with a 10 character passphrase.

Is my current setup ok and how likely into the future will that last?

I know there supposedly more grains of sand on earth than the odds of someone guessing my seedphrase, but I’m just curious if I’d be better off upgrading to a 24 world seedphrase.

Appreciate any advice on the matter.
