Is the knowledge more important then the money you start with "investing"

If one knows enough through practice "demo accounts" and he doesn't have really big amount of money like it's recommend to have if you want to invest, could he start min less the minimum that's recommend "i saw on many places numbers between 10 dollars and 1000 dollars as minimum" and to get somewhere " with 5 dollars to make 1000 and so on"

If someone ask, I'm that person, I really don't have money too afford to lose, those recommend numbers from internet are unrealistic

Also, where i could buy really small amount of crypto, I see everywhere that the minimum is more then 20-30 dollars
