I couldn't find a smart contract based poker platform. It's all off chain poker with only the payment part being tokenized.
Edit: I found this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/sexjri/any_good_crypto_poker_platforms_on_l2, but none of the suggestions seem to be really decentralized.
Edit 2: not necessarily on Ethereum, could be on any L2 or sidechain.
