It is important to remember that NO politician, whether Democrat or Republicans/left or right, would want Crypto to take their power.

Especially as Crypto has been going into the mainstream in the past years it also caught attention from the politicians and their regulators, already just in this year we had news from SEC to CFTC and the US government seeing DeFi as a “National security threat“. This is all clearly showcases that they are no ready let Crypto take over their power and they do fear something that they can not control.

Here a quote comes into my mind from a Sci-Fi show called Foundation, which I like to always connect with a situation where politicians try to force on regulations on Crypto to inhibit the speed of its mass adoption.

And this quote implies to ALL politicians, whether Democrat or Republican or Left or Right or whatever there may be. No person in power would like to give it away, that is basic human psychology and many of us would do the same. Imagine you are the CEO of a company and have all the power to move prices up or down without even consulting anyone and then suddenly they want a board to have more power than you. Of course it is justified but we just do not like to give up from a position of advantages.

Even the politicians making those countless reports of promising a “Crypto Hub“ or whatever, which btw is just a buzzword we have seen about every second country through around, are just making those statements to gain some votes. It is most literally nothing more. May it be Ted Cruz or Ronald DeSantis or Robert Kennedy Jr., they all just want votes.

This should also be an appeal to remind everyone that we are here because of politics, we are here to discuss the tech or maybe even just the prices and how to become rich in a silly way, let‘s not drift off it, shall we?
