Keep your seed phrases safe… duh (personal anecdote)

As everyone knows seed phrases are extremely important and you need to keep them safe. Don’t write them down on the notepad app, don’t take screenshots of them, keep them offline! Well the best thing to do would be to keep them written down in person right? I’ve seen some folks get it printed on steel and keep them in a safe.. probably the absolute best way.

Well, I decided to write them on a couple pieces of paper, and hide them. To my surprise I was selling some DVDs on Facebook marketplace. Luckily I checked them for scratches. To my surprise I opened one particular dvd and out falls a piece of paper with the seed phrases to one of my wallets ???? don’t be a dumbass like me.

Just a stupid story. I have nobody to share it with so I figured I’d post it here.
