Opinion on Tangem as a cold wallet compared to others? Potential buyers remorse

I see a lot of extreme pros/cons for this option. I know it's not open sourced (it can't be for how it works), but when I see million+ sold I don't feel as nervous about the company. I try to spend a long time figuring out which one would work for me, but not I'm having potential buyers remorse over it.

They also seem very transparent. I had questions related to paypal and they answered in detail within 24 hours in what seemed to not be a genetic chatGPT response (*shiver* yes I started all of this on paypal crypto and I know I technically don't own bitcoin if I keep it there)

BUT what do you think about it in general? Should I go a different direction before I get too deep in it? I'd rather loose out on the bit of money I spent on it, then worry about the rest of the money I have.

(I would ask "bitcoin beginners," but it seems a bit shady over there).
