[Phishing] (1) Is there a way to see all the messages that I signed; and (2) to undo these signed messages?

I know about etherscan's token approval checker but is there something similar for signed messages? I already transfered my funds to another ethereum address but some funds are still staked and not eligible to unlock yet.

And (3) are all my ethereum addresses on my Ledger Nano at risk for which I use the same pin code (i.e. the same recovery words)?
