Practicalities/Cons for Income

TL;DR: I make something nice. People can spend me money for support. What currency/ies should I use?

I have started working on a project. Because of I consider piracy to be moral, I have no double standars and make my thing freely available. I will give the option to spend me money, though (and potentially to opt in advertisement). I don't want that people know who is behind the project – partly to make it more mysterious, partly because I will likely be breaking some national laws.

I'm realistic here: I'm not sure whether I will gain even a single penny. I'm just doing it as a side hustle, for fun, no expectations, just for the sake of doing it. Though eventually earning 10 or 15 dollars a month as a passive is not unrealistic either.

Though technically speaking, with an arbitrarily small probability I can get arbitrarily rich. But because most likely the income will be minescule, I'm going to stockpile the income until it reaches some worthy amount.

With that being said, I want to use a crypto currency such that

1) As many people as possible will be willing to spend me some money 2) It is either stable or will likely have a slight deflation over the next (few) decade(s) 3) I can be sure that no one will be able/willing to track me down

If you recommend me one currency over another, please explain the pros and cons that lead to that conclusion.

And even more importantly: What is the best way to gain the knowledge about these topics myself? Where are reliable resources I can gain information from? How can I verify the validity and degree of certainty of your recommendations? Etc.
