I am learning the blockchain fundamentals and I would like to play with some command line scripts or custom programs using JSON-RPC calls, but I don't have a computer capable of running a local node. Are there some public nodes who expose the Testnet or Mainnet to explore the blockchain? I know there are online bitcoin explorers but I would like to code one by myself
