Selling Bitcoin to get first apartment?

I’m a 32M who’s planning on leaving home in the near future. I’ve lived on my own in college and for about 2 years before Covid hit.

I’ve be fortunate enough to live at home with my parents and siblings but I’ve been feeling like I need my own space to really grow. Nothings wrong at home, I’m very comfortable but I’m feeling this increased need for my independence.

I’m anticipating a major run in Bitcoin in the next few months and have been contemplating if it would make sense to sell some to pay for a year of rent (when that time comes)

What do yall think? I have most of my BTC in cold storage & about $15K USD in paper bitcoin ($IBIT).
