Somehow I have been scammed?? No idea how...

So after a while I open my metamask wallet, there used to be mine ~40k USDC, which I transferred a while back. And I see that somebody transferred all those USDC tokens to this address:

0x0000553F880fFA3728b290e04E819053A3590000

From address that on Etherscan is labelled Fake_Phishing182232.

There is also this TX with a message:

Wtf is this, can somebody shed some light how to I further analyze this? I don't remember clicking on anything.
