Strike withdrawal delays?

I've been buying sats on Strike for years and withdrawing to cold storage immediately, usually scheduling the withdrawal within a few minutes and receive it within 12-24 hours when they batch all the free transfers together daily. Today I made another purchase but they're telling me that it'll be available to send when my bank deposit is received on July 17th. Why the 16 day wait? At most it should take 1-3 business days for funds to clear, so this is highly unusual.

Unrelated, they recently changed my $10k weekly limit to $5k without warning. What's going on over there? Having supplier problems?
