Tracking BTC portfolio cost basis is so frustrating and expensive. Trying to iterate on a solution

First-time poster and long-time lurker in this forum. Bitcoin maximalist since ~2019. One problem that I had with HODL-ing bitcoin was how frustrating it was to track and calculate my cost basis across my exchanges and cold wallets and know exactly how much I have at any given time and what the optimal tax move is for any given year.

I've tried a dozen different apps and here is the problem I have with the current landscape:

1. Inaccuracy: I buy BTC from CB Pro, CB and Strike and have tried some of the top portfolio tracker and they're all off by at least 25-50% (tried Koinly, Cointracker - please give me some recs if there are ones that work well for you). I paid Cointracker $59 to get a wrong number - a very frustrating experience.
2. No support for HODL-ers: I want to know how my DCA is doing, or what milestones I have achieved this year (i.e percentile of bitcoin ownership etc) to give me some drive to hold longer
3. Expensive: Annual fees of 50 - 200 dollars per year. This information should be free of charge be just like looking at your bank account.
4. No support for cold wallets. I love using blue wallet but it doesn't support tracking cost basis and profits + UI is not super satisfying.

In my opinion, in order for us to move BTC towards true adoption, we need to ride through this phase without selling our satoshi. To do that, I believe that creating non-frustrating, seamless products with good UI/UX that "rewards" HODL-ers like us to keep holding our coins through ups and downs are crucial.

I'm iterating hard on this product and talking to users to improve both UX and Accuracy for all, and I need to get to get in touch with you guys in our community to iterate and create easiest experience to track all our portfolios.
