Transferred from Coinbase to Cold wallet (bitbox02) now balance showing ZERO.

I am really hoping someone can assist me in navigating through this issue.

So, I got fully on board with the whole 'not you keys, not your coins," and proceeded to start taking my btc off exchanges. I purchased a bitbox02 and began setting up the device. I was asked to create a PIN for the device itself then the bitbox app generated the seedphrase. I opted in to create a passphrase as well for additional security.

I was able to completely set up the device and was ready to start transferring btc from coinbase. I had my bitbox connected to my computer with the wallet address matching from the bitbox app with the same address on the bitbox physical device. I began with a 20 dollar transfer to test it out and it was successful. I saw the balance of 19.75 in my bitbox balance, so I initiated a larger transfer of xxxxx amount, I waited until it no longer said pending and the bitbox app said it was completed. The balance shown at the time of completion reflected 36K. I then disconnected the bitbox and closed the app.

No more than 5 mins I reconnected the bitbox to the computer just to make sure everything was good only to be greeted with the bitbox app reflecting a balance of ZERO.

I am at a complete loss of what to do.

I checked the blockchain and the address it was sent to has the money in it but i do not know how to access that wallet. I reconnected the bitbox02 and that specific address is not coming up on my bb wallet.

Any guidance will be appreciated.
