When will my transaction be dropped from the network?

Someone sent me btc 2 weeks ago with no rpf option and a ridiculous fee of 11s/b. They also have a wallet that doesn’t allow them access to the funds while they’re pending on blockchain so they can’t double spend. It now has been pending for 14 days 7 hours. When it first hit the blockchain it was 25K/210K in the queue. It’s now 140K/190K. Am I just just screwed and this is going to remain stuck for several more weeks/months? I was praying that it would’ve dropped at the 14 day mark but clearly that was wishful thinking. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated. Ty
