Binance Together Initiative - Paid $2k of $6,238 Loss, Claiming $4k-$6k Owed (Case #14908717)

Hey everyone, I want some recommendation or backup. On 10/10/25, I used to be liquidated $5,240 (received $2,000 back) + $997.98 in my subaccount (complete $6,238) on account of a system error in the course of the USDe/BNSOL crash. Binance’s Together Initiative (introduced 14/10/25) guarantees $four,00Zero-$6,00Zero USDC for losses >30% of my 9/10 snapshot, and my loss clearly qualifies. CS (Case #14908717) says $2,00Zero is all I get based mostly on "a number of elements," ignoring the subaccount and the complete amount. I’ve been pushing for days, however they closed my chat and now dodge with appeals till 11/13/25.

I demanded $four,000 by 1:00 AM AST at this time (19/10/25), however no response. Planning to tweet u/binance and u/cz_binance with proof. Has anyone else gotten the complete $4k-$6k? Any tips to escalate? Proof: [link to announcement if allowed, or describe it]. UID redacted for privateness.
