I couldn't find any documentation about this. I'm hoping you guys can help.
I configured Fulcrum to listen on various ports (e.g. 50001, 8000) but the only port that seems to be working is 8080 (which is a webserver for stats and debug info).
When Fulcrum is synchronizing and downloading blocks, does it listen to other ports?
Also, if Fulcrum isn't listening to the admin port, how do I gracefully shut down Fulcrum?
